5 Panel Drug Test

A 5 Panel Drug Test is a urine drug test that tests for commonly used drugs like marijuana, cocaine, basic opiates including codeine, morphine, and heroin, phencyclidine (PCP), and amphetamines including methamphetamine. THC can be excluded, and alcohol, nicotine, ecstasy, oxycodone, or hydrocodone can be added. You can choose between a rapid 5-panel drug test or a lab test. This testing panel originated at the start of the modern drug testing era, in the 1990s. However, this panel test does not detect many of the drugs that are commonly used today. Specimens are sent to a SAMHSA-certified laboratory for analysis, and results are reviewed by our Medical Review Officer, a licensed physician. Test results take about one business day for negatives, and three to five business days to confirm non-negatives.
